There are enough breathless ‘best tools’ lists already. So we buy them, run them on real bookings, and report back plainly.
What we believe
- We show the work. The rubric is public; every number on the site answers to it.
- Plain language. We write like we talk at a turnover: plainly, and to the point.
- No paid placement. Spots, scores and mentions are earned; none of them are sold.
The scope
Two categories, two rankings: 95 reviewed management companies for owners who want the calendar handled, and 74 reviewed tools for owners who would rather automate it themselves. Every company page quotes the provider’s own published details; a number the company keeps private appears as “not published”, never as an estimate.
How this is paid for
We sell nothing to the companies we cover: no ads, no affiliate cut, no sponsored rows in any table. A recommendation here is editorial judgement and nothing else — the reasoning lives in our editorial policy.
What we are not
We are reviewers, not brokers, lawyers or accountants. Treat every rating as opinion, every price as dated the day it is published, and your own market as the exception — the disclaimer has the full position.
